A Warm Welcome
When you arrive at our Hialeah office, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team. If you haven’t already completed your new patient forms online, we’ll provide them in the office to get started. We speak both English and Spanish, and we’re always happy to answer questions and help you feel at ease.
We’ll also collect your insurance information (if applicable) and explain how your benefits may apply to orthodontic treatment.
Digital Imaging & Smile Evaluation
-
Once you’re checked in, we’ll bring you back for digital records, including photos and a quick 3D digital scan of your teeth. These images allow Dr. Ramírez to assess your current bite, tooth alignment, and jaw structure without any discomfort—no goopy impressions or old-school x-rays.
Using this detailed visual information, we’ll be able to show you exactly what’s going on with your smile and discuss the treatment options available to help you achieve your goals.
Personalized Consultation with Dr. Ramírez
-
After reviewing your images, you’ll meet one-on-one with Dr. Ramírez to discuss your concerns, smile goals, and any questions you might have. She’ll go over the results of your exam, explain her recommendations, and walk you through your personalized treatment plan.
We’ll talk about the different options available to you—such as braces, Invisalign®, or early orthodontic treatment—and explain the benefits of each. Our goal is to make sure you leave your first visit feeling fully informed, empowered, and excited about your next steps.
We’ll Discuss Cost and Payment Options Too
-
We know financial planning is an important part of your decision. That’s why we go over your estimated treatment cost, your insurance coverage, and the flexible payment options we offer. Our team is here to help make treatment affordable with customizable plans designed to fit your budget.
We’ll also answer any questions about insurance, pre-approvals, or flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA)—whatever you need to move forward with peace of mind.
No Pressure—Just Support and Guidance
-
Your first visit is always complimentary, and there’s no pressure to start right away. We’re here to give you the answers you need, explain your options clearly, and support you in making the best decision for your smile and your lifestyle.
Our practice is known for its warm, family-oriented environment and honest, personalized care. Whether you’re a parent bringing in your child or an adult ready to invest in yourself, we’ll meet you right where you are.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
To make the most of your first visit, please bring:
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
- Any referral forms or x-rays (if provided by your dentist)
- A list of questions you’d like to ask
- Your completed new patient forms (or plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to fill them out in the office)
We encourage teens and kids to bring a parent or guardian, especially if treatment decisions may be made during the visit.
